Non-Metallic Gaskets are soft sealing materials crafted from flexible substances such as compressed non-asbestos fiber, rubber, PTFE, and graphite. These gaskets are ideal for low to medium pressure applications and are widely used in pipelines, flanges, pumps, and valves across industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, and HVAC systems.

Their adaptability to irregular surfaces and cost-effective nature make them a preferred choice for general-purpose sealing. Non-metallic gaskets are available in various styles, thicknesses, and material blends to suit specific temperature, chemical, and pressure requirements.

CNAF (Compressed Non-Asbestos Fiber)

  • Asbestos-free material used for sealing oils, water, and steam. Ideal for general industrial applications.

Graphite

  • High-temperature resistant gasket material, suitable for extreme conditions and chemical processing environments.

Elastomer / Rubber

  • Flexible and durable gaskets made from various rubbers like NBR, EPDM, or Neoprene. Best for low-pressure sealing.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

  • Non-stick, chemically resistant gasket material. Ideal for aggressive media and food-grade applications.

Applications:

  • Water and steam pipelines
  • Flange sealing in low-pressure systems
  • Chemical-resistant environments
  • HVAC systems and utility services

Common Types:

  • Compressed Non-Asbestos Fiber Gaskets
  • Rubber Gaskets (EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene)
  • PTFE Gaskets
  • Graphite Sheets
